Designing and Implementing TIA with Districts
Approved TIA Technical Assistance Provider
Partnered with over 45 districts from across Texas, ranging in size from 40 to 10,000 teachers, to create unique local Teacher Incentive Allotment plans. All districts have met full system and data validation, resulting in over $28 million annually in additional funding for teacher compensation.
Feedback from Carrollton-Farmers Branch on my support for TIA: She provides the questions for us to think about and answers countless questions in ways that make us feel that we have this and not only can, but will be successful. As we’ve crafted the pieces of the (TIA) application, her advice and nudging have helped us to consider all aspects of the application, from gaining teacher buy-in, to communication, to specific details that will make the work understandable, doable, and equitable.
Feedback from San Elizario ISD on my support for TIA: I am writing to express my sincere appreciation and recognition for the outstanding support provided by Ms. Cook in coaching our district through all matters related to the Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA). Ms. Cook has demonstrated exceptional dedication, expertise, and a hands-on approach that has been invaluable to our team. It is clear that Ms. Cook's contributions have had a significant impact on our district's progress in implementing the Teacher Incentive Allotment.
